Multiple Shipments

Order Changes & Cancellations

Customers should contact us immediately if changes are required, but Smart Lenz AI cannot guarantee that modifications can be made after checkout.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • Photographs of the packaging

Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.
